Steve LoRusso
Vice President, Sales
Steve considers himself one of those fortunate individuals who married his passion with his career. Steve taught California's first Solar School back in the late 1970's. At the end of his two-year commitment, San Diego's largest Solar Company at the time, SOCALSO, recruited him. Steve was part of the executive team that led SOCALSO to a public merger with then, NASDAQ listed, Dynasty Resources.
Glenna Wiseman
Director of Marketing
Glenna is a senior marketing and public relations executive; a creative professional with proven business building skills in a range of industry sectors, with a special focus on "green" initiatives.
Jonah Liebes
General Operations Manager
Jonah has a passion for renewable energy and believes solar PV is ready for a mass market. As head of operations for HelioPower, he manages the installation of the company's residential and commercial projects.
Tanya Dean
Accounting Manager
Tanya brings extensive experience in financial management to her role as accounting manager/controller of HelioPower. Her contribution to the company includes the oversight of all accounting functions and preparation of financial statements. In addition she oversees administration of human resources, including employee benefits as well as company insurance plans, government reporting and the state rebate program.

Mr. Rogoff is Chairman and CEO of The HelioGroup, an integrated renewable energy company, and the parent company of HelioPower. He is an active angel investor in software and renewable energy fields, serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Sierra Nevada Partners, an investment management company established to buy and grow sustainable businesses located in the Western U.S.
