HelioPower has degreed engineers in management and on the design staff. Our Operations Director is certified by NABCEP, the premiere North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners. Key staff and technicians hold certificates in advanced PV design and installation. Our founder taught solar classes at the college level, as well as classes to various permitting and inspection jurisdictions in California.

Our Project Managers are experienced in managing everything from the smallest residential system to multi-million dollar utility systems. Your assigned Project Manager is responsible for design, permitting, scheduling, customer communications, and resolution of any issue. These professionals are your advocate within the company, to ensure you become one of our raving fans.

In addition to having a dedicated Project Manager, our customers are regularly polled by our internal Customer Service Manager to ensure that the job is progressing satisfactorily and to keep them updated as to the status of all of the required, utility, state and local paperwork. At the conclusion of each project, you will be asked to formally rate all aspects of your experience, which directly impacts the compensation of all our staff involved in your project. As a result, all HelioPower employees have a vested interest in performing above and beyond your expectations.

Another benefit is the lifetime system monitoring we include with the purchase of the WebBox. In the event of a major system alarm, the system alerts both the system owner and the integrator via email. This communication may prevent a costly system outage or facilitate a speedy recovery if an outage has occurred. In essence, the portal gives system owners the information they need to manage their array(s); the peace of mind that someone is keeping an eye on their investment; and it gives HelioPower the heads up needed to provide proactive service.
