HelioPower offers turnkey engineering procurement and construction (EPC) services for solar photovoltaic power plants.  When applicable, HelioPower will utilize our EPC expertise to help you select an EPC partner to successfully design, procure and build your solar power plant.  Selecting the right EPC partner is critical to your project’s success.  Many of the risk factors in selecting an EPC partner are obvious, but the more subtle or harder to identify risk factors when analyzing an EPC are where we offer value to your organization.  Project management deliverables are applicable to pre-construction and construction phases.

Pre-Construction
To prepare for onsite construction, our services typically include design and engineering oversight, sub-contractor request for qualifications (RFQs), contractor capability analysis and selection recommendations, workforce training and education, contracts, bills of material, purchase orders, logistics plan, construction plan, test plan and permitting and interconnection submittals.

Construction
During construction, HelioPower development services are aimed at meeting both the budget and timeline objectives with onsite supervision and detailed construction support. These services typically include construction and project management, on-site contractor oversight, and safety program Implementation.
